The views in the dining area are fabulous! It was great fun watching the sea otters. It was nice being able to get coffee or tea at all hours of the day, along with homemade cookies. Also, fruit was always available for the taking. A full breakfast was served in the morning and wine and snacks served in the late afternoon. Another little surprise was upon leaving they give you a care package with water and homemade banana bread for the ride home.
I know all the rooms have antique furniture (which I like) but our room could use a little attention. The curtains were falling down and some furniture needed to be looked after. Also, the heater did not work in our room.

Nice people
Bugs all over the room on the third night. I actually left the hotel and stayed at a different place. Still awaiting refund for nights we did not stay.

Amazing ocean view from main dining room. Binoculars provided to watch the sea lions. Beautiful antique furniture. The vacant rooms are left open so you can wander through and admire. If you love the victorian era and are looking for a first rate romantic getaway I highly recommend the Maritne Inn.

The service is impeccable, includes free parking. Rooms are well-appointed with a piano, fireplace plus the bedroom, food is outstanding. It is in great and stunning location to a waterfront street, set close to the hotel.
The bathrooms are very small.
